This article applies to: Those who are attempting to reinstall a game to the same computer.
Those who are attempting to reinstall a game to a reformatted computer (these users should skip the portion of the article relating to uninstallation).
Those who are attempting to install a game to a new computer (these users should skip the portion of the article relating to uninstallation).

The following article uses the original iWin Classic "Jewel Quest" as the example, but the information applies to nearly every iWin download game title.

Uninstalling and Reinstalling Your Purchased Game Using the New Games Manager:

Part 1:  The Uninstall:

If you have already installed or attempted installation of the game, you're going to need to un-install/remove the game from your computer so you have a fresh start (If the game has not been previously installed, skip to the install section).

For games downloaded prior to the introduction of the Game Manager, you can do so from your computer's control panel.

For games downloaded via the Game Manager, launch the application from the desktop shortcut and click on the 'My Games' tab. Click on the trash can icon next to the game title to begin the process and follow the prompts accordingly.

Note: If you do not have the Games Manager installed on your computer, you may uninstall any games downloaded the Game Manager application by clicking on your computer's "Start" button (located in the lower left hand corner of your screen), clicking on "Control Panel," "Add or Remove Programs," locate the game title, and click "Change/Remove" and follow the prompts for complete uninstallation.  By following this method, should you have the Games Manager installed, the games will show up in your "My Games" listing but will not exist on your computer.

Part II: The Install:

For your purchase history, from the iWin homepage (http://www.iwin.com), make sure you are signed in, and hover over the 'My Account' link in the upper right corner to see the drop down menu , and click on the 'Game Purchases' link to see a list of your purchased games.

From the iWin Games Manager, click on the drop down arrow in the upper right corner (you may need to sign in if not already), then click on the 'Game Purchases' tab.

Please note that you may need to change the date range to locate older purchases.

To download your game from the Games Manager, simply click the 'download' button located next to the game you want in the 'Game Purchases' tab, and the game will automatically download.

If downloading games from the website, if you are on the game download page, click the 'play now' button to download the games installer file. If you are in the 'Game Purchases' tab, click the 'download' button next to the game you want to download the games installer file.

Once the installer file has been downloaded, navigate to where it was downloaded, and launch it. The Games Manager should open giving you the time remaining status for your game to complete download.

When the download finishes, you may receive a prompt to "Play Now!" Go ahead and "Play Now!"

When you start the game, it may:

-Start as a "Play free no time limit" game with advertisements or
-Start as a 60 minute free trial (or show that your trial has expired if you have previously used the full 60 minutes allowed).

For purchased games you will need to complete the activation process. Start the game, and exit from within that games exit menu (don't close the window manually). Once you've exited the game you will see the exit screen with a message in the upper right hand corner stating "Already paid for this game?"  Click the "Activate" link next to it.

A box will appear for you to enter your email address. It is important to correctly enter your email address at the time you are completing your sales transaction or to remember the email address you used at the time of purchase...even if that email address is no longer in use.

If you have any firewall software installed on your computer that blocks our software, you will need to alter the settings to allow our game access through it to complete the activation sequence.  If the game cannot connect to the Internet you will not be able to unlock the full game.

Uninstalling and Reinstalling Your Purchased Game Using the Old Games Manager:

If you have already installed or attempted installation of the game, you're going to need to un-install/remove the game from your computer so you have a fresh start (If the game has not been previously installed, skip to step 3). You can do this by bringing clicking on the "Play iWin Games" icon located on your desktop.

Click on the red X next to the game title in your "My Games" listing on the iWin Games Manager, as shown below.

Note: If you do not have the iWin Games Manager installed on your computer as shown above, you may uninstall any downloaded games by clicking on your computer's "Start" button (located in the lower left hand corner of your screen), clicking on "Control Panel," "Add or Remove Programs," locate the game title, and click "Change/Remove" and follow the prompts for complete uninstallation.  By following this method, should you have the iWin Games Manager installed, the games will show up in your "My Games" listing but will not exist on your computer.

You can install the game on your computer by locating your purchased game from our site, and clicking the "Try Now/Play Free" button to save the game's installer to your computer.

Once the installer file has been downloaded, navigate to where it was downloaded, and launch it. The iWin Games Manager should open giving you the time remaining status for your game to complete download.

When the download finishes, you will receive a prompt to "Play Later" or "Play Now!" Go ahead and "Play Now!"

When you start the game, it may:

-Start as a "Play free no time limit" game with advertisements or
-Start as a 60 minute free trial (or show that your trial has expired if you have previously used the full 60 minutes allowed).

Either way you will need to complete the activation process. Once the game starts, exit from within that game's exit menu (don't close the window manually). Once you've exited the game you will see something similar to the introduction screen shown below with a message in the upper right hand corner stating "Already paid for this game?"  Click the "Activate" link next to it.

A box will appear for you to enter your email address as shown below.
