How can I solve the problems I am having updating to the latest version of the iWin Games Manager?

Windows XP

Click on "Start" then "Run."

In the Run dialog that appears type "%TEMP%" (no quotations!) and press "OK".

Locate the folder entitled "iWinGames" and right-click on it

Select "Delete" and click "Yes"

Relaunch the iWin Games Manager via the desktop or start menu shortcut

Click "Yes" on the Update message.

Windows Vista & Windows 7

Click on "Start"

In the "Start Search" box, type "%TEMP%" (no quotations!) and press enter.

Locate the folder entitled "iWinGames" and right-click on it.

Select "Delete" and click "Yes"

Relaunch the iWin Games Manager via the desktop or start menu shortcut

Click "Yes" on the Update message.

IMPORTANT:If you launch the iWin Games Manager by starting a game download (e.g. clicking "Play Free" for a game on our website), the update WILL NOT complete successfully and you will need to repeat the steps above to clear your download queue!

If you are having a problem with your anti-virus software blocking the update, you might consider temporarily disabling it long enough to complete your update and then reenable your antivirus product immediately.

If you are still unable to complete your update, reinstalling the iWin Games Manager will download the latest version.  Click HERE for information to assist you.

Once you've updated the iWin Games Manager, you should be able to download, install and play your games normally.
