Family Feud on Facebook: Why don't I have access to the "Play Now" or other buttons?

Usually, if you are unable to locate the "Play Now" or other buttons necessary for a successful game experience, your zoom is incorrectly set.

In Internet Explorer 8: If you go to Page, click on Zoom, and then click on Zoom in, the application will appear normally.

In Google Chrome: If you click on the page icon at the top right hand corner of the browser a dropdown will appear with the option to adjust your zoom settings to normal.

In Mozilla Firefox: Click on View and then adjust the zoom settings to normal, the application will appear normally.

Another alternative is to change your Flash settings. The steps are below:

First, go to the Feud game home page.

If you are on PC or Mac, right click the main graphic.

Then, click Settings.

Click the third tab at the bottom of the Adobe Flash Player Settings box (the tab contains a folder with a green arrow). Drag the leveler and set your Local Storage to allow 100KB, then click Close.

Additionally, in the past we have received reports of users who also experienced a similar issue by opening a new browser at a particular point in time when the game is loading. The Solution is an easy one: You should be able to refresh your browser and the game should populate normally. To avoid this from occurring, please refrain from opening other browser windows while loading the game. We are looking into resolving this issue very soon and appreciate your patience.
