How can I change my credit card information or street address in your system?

It's easy to change the credit card information associated with your account.  The card on file information is our sole database of user physical addresses for those who use cards with us.  This information is used (as expected) for submitting standalone game purchases, subscription rebilling information but also for backup cd shipping.

1. Log into the iWin website with your username and password.



2.Once you are logged in, click on "My Account"



3. From the "Account Info" tab Select "Edit your credit card" and make the necessary changes. Note that your entry should exactly match the information that is associated with the bank card in question.
