Why am I receiving the error message "Your Free Trial Has Expired" on my already purchased game?



If you are receiving an error message indicating Your Free Trial Has Expired (or showing remaining minutes of trial play) on your already purchased game, it is more than likely because your game's installation is not complete. It still needs to be activated.

NOTE: If you are receiving an error message Your Temporary Key Has Expired please let iWin Customer Care know through our ticketing system so that we may address it.

From the image below you can see a link to enter your email address and fully activate your game purchase.



Once you have clicked on the link you will see a field to activate your game with the email address entered at the time of purchase.



If you are receiving error messages once you have entered your email address, we will want to know about them. Please submit a support ticket from the main page of our support portal and we will assist.
